In-House Rules:

1. Only families and married couples are permitted to stay on the property.

2. Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, while check-out is required by 10:00 AM.

3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all bedrooms and living areas; however, the terrace is designated as a smoking zone.

4. Pets are not allowed on the premises.

5. Loud music is not permitted in accordance with government regulations; soft music is allowed until 10:00 PM.

6. Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden in all open spaces, including the terrace.

7. Valid identity proof is required for all guests upon arrival.

8. Room service is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

 Refund Policy:

• Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before Check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations Made Within 3 to 6 Days of Check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days Before Check-in or No-Shows: No refund will be issued.
• Early Check-Outs: No refunds will be provided for unused nights.
• The Refund Will Be Credited to the Original Payment Method with in 5 to 7 Business Days.

Child Policy:

Children below 6 years: Complimentary stay when sharing the bed with parents. No extra bed provided.

Children aged 6–12 years: Charged at 50% of the extra person rate when sharing the room without an extra bed.

Children above 12 years: Considered as adults and charged at the full extra person rate.

Extra Bed: Available on request at an additional charge, subject to room category and availability.
